Intensive strength Plans at home

These plans are designed to use for an intense 3 week period or to incorporate them into your current workout. 


If you have an acute injury these plans are not appropriate, they need to be carried out with a pain score lower than a 3/10. If you have an acute injury please refer to our rehabilitation plans first or book a consultation with us below to discuss your injury in detail and come up with a bespoke plan for you safely.
